- Weekday viewings 9.00am - 5.15pm
- Full Tenant Referencing
- Preparation of all paperwork including a comprehensive Tenancy Agreement
- Setting up of Tenant standing Order
- Full Inventory and Schedule of Condition
- From 75% of the first months rent (Please note that this service is subject to a minimum fee of £500 + VAT and deposit registration fee of £45 + VAT)
